Bollywood starlet Priyanka Chopra kept her fingers crossed before the release of the movie “7 Khoon Maaf”. The actress was expecting to become a Sharon stone in the desi ‘Basic instinct’ and expected that she will receive huge applause from the audiences and the film circles.But the fact is that the movie trailers will never make the family audiences reach to it. The younger generation doesn’t connect to these intense psychopath stories and only a certain section of audiences will enjoy the suspense and thrill in the movie.
According to sources, the movie has just got 60% occupancy in the single screen theaters, while the multiplexes were house full for the Friday, which is the very first day of release (Feb. 18, 2011).
According to sources, the south Indian metros multiplex audiences are eager to go to the movie, for some innovation display. But the movie has failed completely to attract the north Indians, leaving aside Delhi populace. The trade analysts disclose that ‘ 7 khoon Maaf’ will be another flop of this year and will just make it up for its investments.
